About
About Bass Lanes.
Bass Lanes makes lake data for bass anglers: the running and idling lanes across a lake, where people fish it month by month, and the old structure under the water, for the app and for the fish finder on your boat.
What we stand by
- Public data, our own work. Everything is computed from free public imagery, surveys and maps by our own software. How we make the lanes.
- Plain labels. A computed lane says so. We don't call lanes recorded, verified or safe, and the lanes are no substitute for a lookout.
- Your spots are yours. The spots and notes you save in the app are private: never shared and never used to make our data.
- Kept current. Lakes are re-run as new imagery arrives, and the fishing heatmaps change every month.
