The app subscription
Plans
Monthly, by the number of lakes your plan covers. For more lakes, move up a plan: it takes effect at once, and the difference for the rest of the month is charged then. A move down takes effect at your next billing date, when you pick your lakes again. Your saved spots stay either way.
Your lakes
You pick your lakes when you join. A lake you pick stays until your next billing date; then you can switch. Lakes picked on the free trial can’t be switched.
Trial
7 days free, on the Angler plan only: the running and idling lanes, hotspots and areas of interest for one lake, without the fishing heatmaps. Nothing can be exported to a unit until your first monthly bill has gone through. We ask for a payment method so the app keeps working on day 8. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Cancel
Two taps in Settings, or one email. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No retention calls.
Refunds
No partial refunds for the month you’re in: cancel instead, and you keep access until it ends.
Price changes
30 days’ notice by email.
Files for your unit
What you get
A snapshot of the latest edition on the day you buy: running and idling lanes, areas of interest, the year-round hotspots and the boat ramps, in every device format in one ZIP, with the version and imagery dates stamped inside.
Downloads and updates
You can download your edition for 30 days after you buy; after that it can’t be downloaded. Updates aren’t free: a newer edition is a new purchase at the same price for everyone, or comes free in the app.
Refunds
Full refund within 30 days if the file won’t load on your unit.
License
For use on your own boat. Guides running clients need the guide license.
